Luca Oliaro

In 1960, in addition to the family business, Luca was also born in the Oliaro family, a bond that becomes increasingly close as the years go by. At a very young age, he began to breathe the environment of the Freight Forwarders and the Port of Genoa, holding the most varied duties. Attentive and helpful, he has covered, from the beginning, various positions in Oliaro Spedizioni, supporting his older colleagues eager to accumulate experience and skills. In possession of the license as a Customs Broker since 1989, in his time he acquired autonomy and organizational skills, taking over the company management in 1996 following the sudden death of his father Ivo. There is no complicated or difficult product or shipment: Luca undertakes to solve it effectively and with his unfailing and reassuring smile. Thanks to such a deep and wide-ranging expertise, he is recognized among the various reference figures in the world of Genoese expeditions. Roberta Oliaro

Naturally curious, attentive to innovation, with great relational aptitudes, Roberta begins her journey in the family business but she does not forget to enrich her curriculum with work experience in external fields. She focuses on the organizational, management and administration aspects, making a decisive contribution to the growth of Oliaro Spedizioni in the Genoese district. She holds prestigious positions in associations and institutions – Vice President of Confetra, President of Spediporto, member of the Port Committee of the Port of Genoa, President of the Council of the Port Maritime sector and Councilor of the Chamber of Commerce, Councilor of the Bank of Italy of Genoa , Member of the World Trade Center Board of Genoa – until she was elected to the Italian Parliament in the XVII Legislature, where she was a member of the Post and Telecommunication Transport Commission of the Chamber.

The network of relationships and the roles of high responsibility have stimulated in Roberta the ability to have a broad look at the whole sector, both nationally and in Europe, favoring the growth of Oliaro Spedizioni in an international dimension.

Antonella Cardinale

In Oliaro Spedizioni since 2008, you play a key role alongside the two Directors. You are in charge of management control, administration and executive secretariat. Management of customers and suppliers, relations with banks and deferred account management. Reliable, attentive, precise and scrupulous, she is Roberta Oliaro’s shoulder in the management of the company.

Luca Soventi

He takes care of customs formalities in general, import/export (bills, transits), border control clearance (veterinary, sanitary, phytosanitary, CITES, fine arts, etc) and manages relations with the various Customs Sections. In possession of the Customs Broker license since 2008, she shows great professionalism and experience in the sector.

Maria Rosa Cinti

She is in charge of all the operations with the Customs Agency and Port Terminals, dealing daily relationship with customs agents. Though she has recently joined Oliaro Spedizioni, Maria Rosa has always been working in the Forwarding Sector. Competent, dynamic and always proactive, she stands out as a well-organized employee. Enterprising skills, commercial talents and a smart character complete her portrait. Despite her intensive professional life, whenever she can, she dedicates to her family and she likes also cooking, playing tennis and dancing.

Thanks to her outgoing and friendly character, smooth communication is an easy job for her. She is talented not only at her operative activities with the Customs but also at commercial business development. A special mention goes to her delicious muffins, appreciated by everybody.

Federica Ferrari

Graduated in Economics and Commerce in 2002, she immediately began working in the context of Genoese shipping. She has been in the company for 15 years where she deals with imports, in the operations department. She is recognized as having a high customer-oriented profile: customer satisfaction is her own satisfaction. Timeliness and problem solving are the characteristics that she considers fundamental in her role and colleagues actually give her the primacy on this merit.

They say about her: that – in addition to being able to make sensational “home-made” lady’s kisses – in her work she is an authentic war machine. Competent, organized and prepared, she never gives up a shot. She always gets the result. She always arrives everywhere and is “on time”. Despite her impetuosity that can sometimes be irrepressible, she is always available, in a good mood, ready for dialogue and jokes. She always takes responsibility for her and is loyal.

Emanuele Besio

He takes care of the import operations department. It manages and coordinates import customs operations, document control and maintains relationships with both customers and suppliers. Serious, professional, autonomous and competent in his responsibilities, he always gives the maximum contribution to facilitate teamwork.

Nicoletta Camalich

She takes care of the practices relating to export traffic, starting from the opening of the booking, to the control of documentation for customs procedures, and to the relative prices. Serious, organized and autonomous. In her work, she always tries to give her best with excellent problem-solving skills to always offer a collaborative and relaxing contribution.

Nicolò Medulla

Born in 1994, he joined Oliaro Spedizioni in November 2021 and works in the Export Department. He is working with great enthusiasm with his senior colleagues to enhance his skills in export activities. Reliable, receptive and available to learn new suggestions, always keen on customer’s needs and requests, Nicolò is creative and speaks fluent English. He has natural team-working skills. Thanks to his Studies in Communication Sciences, he is at ease with his digitalization competencies and well-acquainted with social media communication.
